ZiyoStreetSoul's News

Posted by ZiyoStreetSoul - January 29th, 2024

Recently it's been brought to my attention by a few friends of mine that a new game called Palworld has been getting some really unfair heat for being a little too similar to Pokemon. And while the devs are said to be supportive of using AI generated bits and pieces as well as NFT cryptocurrency dumbness, that does not at all justify the massive amount of hate the game is getting.

I mean, we've already seen truckloads of monster befriending games already: Digimon, YuGiOh, Bakugan, even Yokai Watch. What matters is that they all strive to be unique. For example, Digimon takes place in another dimension and the 'mons are actual people who can speak and stuff, if that makes sense. I've heard that Pokemon isn't even the first monster befriending game to begin with. What makes Palworld any different?

I mean, just because it's another good stone on the path of the monster befriending genre of games doesn't mean you should just single it out and hate it for looking too similar to Pokemon. Don't ruin the fun for others like real low-lifes like Rian Johnson and Brie Larson and whichever wokester thought the Primaris Space Marines were ever a good idea.

I sure hope everyone who's playing it is enjoying the game thoroughly and finds something they can enjoy in it. As for me, I'll be biding my time drawing me and my characters, not least of them being Ordna, and just having a jolly good time.

Next month is gonna have some Street Soul Radio glory for everyone! Stay tuned yo!

Looks like Newgrounds just added this extra new 'security feature' when logging onto your account. Now you have to put some extra six-digit passcode in that comes into your email from now on.

And I thought that mentally disabled 5th wave feminist called ZUN (Creator of the Touhou series, an infamous SJW rage game about "Strong Wahmen!") was the only person who thrived on other peoples' rage around here.

I really do hope they remove that crap if it is new because it's already enough trying to remember your password to Newgrounds but to have to remember your password for your own email site so you can log on with an always changing code is a whole other thing.

Yo yo yo 2024 just dropped 10 days or so ago let's go! STREET SOUL RADIOOOOOO!

iu_1144984_11248114.png

Sorry for not uploading more absolutely chad pieces right at the beginning of this year. Yours truly Ziyo had some stuff to draw for someone on Discord. Seems like the greedy never learn, do they?

Either way, with 2024 being the year that Jet Set Radio Future takes place in, I've got something of a roadmap for this year! Starting with using January to finish ALL the remaining requests that I have yet to finish from 2022 and from the users who are still able to ask for one. And with that outta the way, I plan to use the rest of 2024 to start work on Ordna Awakens, and finish this thing like I should!

Other things you can watch out for in 2024 include: More Street Soul content, including more lore and new updated character references, 3d animations on Odysee or maybe even another video platform, me going All City King with my sticker graffiti, me finishing up my FA archiving and possibly getting a Weasyl account and maybe, just maybe, I start work on the Street Soul game itself!

I'm not gonna say that all of that will happen this year, but it's still super exciting what's gonna go down on the year of Jet Set Radio Futuuuuuuuure!

Stay funky y'all, not only do you wanna be tuning in to Street Soul Radio, but also Jet Set Radio Futuuuuuuure!

Yo yo yo yo it's Christmas time!!!! 2023's not over though, and Ziyo still got a load of end of year stuff to draw so things are gonna be real hectic for him. But when 2024 is on us, then we're gonna see a whole load more content from me now that the infamous Request Rush that Ziyo fell victim to in 2021 and 2022 is starting to be buried for good and the remaining stuff he has to draw being finished. We'll definitely see Ordna Awakens being uploaded finally after such a long wait, alongside some other more secret plans...

iu_1135174_11248114.png

Ziyo's also been making a whole army of sticker graffiti designs in his spare time as well. Maybe just maybe we'll see the beginnings of Street Soul's development in 2024? I mean, c'mon! 2024 is the year that Jet Set Radio Future takes place in and Street Soul is a spritual successor to that almighty game. He's got to try something new out next year at least!

And remember to stay tuned in to STREET SOUL RADIOOOOOOOO for more crazy content!

Ok, I'm not sure whether "live action" art like this is allowed on Newgrounds as an actual art piece, but to be honest, I actually like the idea of a mixed media image. Plus, this pic actually means a bit to me since it represents a milestone for me. So I decided to make my first blog article since that's what it seemed photos like this belonged under.

You see, I sometimes go cycling on my own and doing some sticker slapping (Livin' the Bomb Rush Cyberfunk life baby!) on lamp posts and metal surfaces and stuff, and the reason I took this image was because I was finally able to cycle up to the supermarket, which was quite the journey, or at least it was back then. I created this on September 17th 2023 and finished it on the 19th of the same month of the same year.

I dunno whether I'll make anything else like this where I blend real lifey stuff with cel-shaded goodness, but I think Trainhead's looking enthusiastic as always to be going about places!

Well well well, guess who decided to act all retarded this time. DeviantArt!

Just today, DeviantArt decided to literally without any permission DELETE three of my drawings all the while stating that they were "policy violations" Yeah right! Now I'll admit, those pics were inflation images, and the characters inflated were NOT underaged. You do wonder why these woketards who get triggered over (safe) images of ballooned cartoon characters haven't gotten a brain operation yet.

Sigh... Look. I know that my DA gallery is a mess of inflation garbage and most of the requests were done some time ago and don't reflect current me AT ALL, hell, I'm actually pretty ashamed with most of them, but I'm still unbelievably angry that DA tampered with my gallery. This crap happens far too much with modern sites, to the point that a mass life imprisonment of these moderators would be justified to set an example at this point. And really, I had long since gotten really fed up of just making inflation pic after inflation pic on that awful-ass site. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy short amounts of inflation art from time to time, but when I was being used by unappeasable request spammers, things quickly spiralled out of control.

Oh, and did I mention that DeviantArt has NEVER taken action against actually evil users such as BlueCatRiolu, Nuggettheballoongirl and FoxTown2002, who have a creepy obsession with children? By all means, let that sink in.

So screw you DeviantArt! You really deserve to be forgotten about and become a 404 page like LiveLeak did. Between your Core and Subscription microtransaction scams, toxic Sonic The Hedgehog-obsessed mentally challenged users, some of whom should NOT be allowed near kids AT ALL, and your newfound hatred of freedom of speech, I'll make dang sure to upload on other sites such as Weasyl, FurAffinity and good old Newgrounds.

And for anyone who was kind enough to take a read of this, do everything you can to get you and your buddies away from DeviantArt and onto better sites such as the ones I said above. Trust me, you might just be able to see some Street Soul goodness on those sites as well!

Street Soul Radio! We've got funky fresh beats for miles, and not a single drop of pride in sight!

Oh, Games Workshop. Games. Workshop. You just had to find a way to be an even bigger let down, didn't you? After you straight up threw away three of your most iconic space marine sets in the same cruel way that Vivziepop tossed out Jayjay, you had to dig deeper into the pit of being a bunch of scumbags. Didn't you?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Knz5IbXhU10

Now this news was pretty late since I was away for a few days, and I've talked about this before in my previous post, but dang was I aching to talk about this. Basically, Games Workshop have now almost entirely gutted their actually good space marine models, leaving us with the ugly primaris stuff that stinks of Games Workshop's incompetent efforts in trying to appease the mythical modern audience.

Boy oh boy, am I glad that I left the hobby, but it still pains me to see Warhammer die so painfully like this. At least Disney killed Jetix swiftly and painlessly.

Make no mistake. This was straight up betrayal of the customers on Games Workshop's part. You'd be a fool to not believe that this had something to do with all that pride, wokeness and identity politics that's being pushed on our pop culture. And you'd be a fool to forgive Games Workshop. Even if they rerelease the discontinued models with even bigger better scupts and kits, they're still as rotten and tainted by the malicious false rainbow as the likes of Disney, Target, Kohl's, and Anhauser-Busch.

If you happen to see this and haven't bought anything from Games Workshop, then continue the good fight. This isn't a boycott, this is a mass exodus. They abandonded us the customers, so we'll abandon them in turn.

Let entertainment be entertainment y'all! We don't need or want any weird sexuality talk, brainwashing, dumb decisions or racist politics in our pop culture. And Games Workshop needs to be made an example of. Find other hobbies, support indie stuff that isn't woke or just another difficult to beat medieval game, and search for artists and creators who you can trust with a good heart.

In a nutshell, again: Games Workshop continues their self-destructive quest of being woke by ruining even more of their main range of miniatures. And Ziyo continues to be glad that he joined the sticker slapping scene.

Games Workshop, Get Woke, Go Broke!

Street Soul Radio! Watch out! The rainbow heads are ragin', get out your flamethrowers and start purgin', or you're gonna get touched in all the wrong ways. Speaking of!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LX3p7STsKns

About a month ago, everyone's favourite miniature makers and owners of the worlds of Warhammer, Games Workshop, went crazy! They started getting rid of their best products and swapping them out for those ugly "Primaris" ones. Among the casualties were the beloved Sternguard Veterans and the Dreadnought kit. Now why would Games Workshop do a thing like that? Maybe because they've turned w0ke, whatever that means, causing them to care more about scumbag politics than serving the customer. Just ask Bud Light how well w0keness is going for them.

Ever since that nasty happening, Ziyo's left the Warhammer hobby. For real. And it hurt. He's been building and painting since 2010, and now Warhammer is dead. The hobby that gave him so much hope has been struck down by scumbag demagogues who seek to groom and indoctrinate. Yes. Just like with Disney and Bud Light, Games Workshop have thrown themselves in with those mentally challenged psychos who are coming for the children!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jbPDfCJy870

Ziyo won't be coming back to Games W0keshop, and neither should you. Yes, you! The reader! Price increases, awful new fragile monopose models, political garbage, child grooming agendas, and the spotlight-stealing ugliness of the Primaris... Ziyo won't be boycotting Games Workshop, he'll be leaving them for good. He's found a new hobby. Sticker slapping. Getting up and showing his art onto the streets, something that Warhammer could never give him. And so should you. These big companies, all they wanna do is divide us. But they'll only find a loss of stock, power, and eventually, bankruptcy. Show that YOU stand against such traitors like Games Workshop by buying elsewhere or leaving to a better, more moral hobby, giving them no money. And bringing them to their graves.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c8zz4at5QLY

In a nutshell: Games Workshop went w0ke, spat on it's customers by getting rid of their best stuff and planning to replace them with uglier ones and trying to groom kids into extremist beliefs, and now Ziyo's left them for good in favour of sticker slapping. Someone over at the w0ke dump in Nottingham gotta be crying with a "Jayjay-Loona" feeling right now!

In memory of Ziyo's respect for Warhammer. 2010- 2023. Get Woke. Go Broke.

It's the station that got a hyperpowered missile pointing right at China's government? Street Soul Radiooooooooo! Now folks, let's launch this sucka and watch those commies cry!

Seems like Ziyo's wish for there to be an end in sight to all those requests he's been given came true. At a Calypso-styled cost... You see, last month, DeviantArt decided that nobody on the site can see anyone's art because they marked it all as mature for anyone who's not logged in. Talk about vandalism! Ziyo's took this news as well as you could imagine...

And why are they doing this? So they can become "brand friendly" for advertisers who probably find DA simping for them a little uncomfortable. Like, Chris Chan and Megan levels and uncomfortable.

Then there's the fact that DA are now supporting art thieves, allowing them to use other people's art so that artificial intelligence can make something ugly and inferior out of it. To say that DeviantArt is going down like Tumblr is a biiiiig understatement. Already many users are packing up and leaving the site. Already there were many problems DA had to face. Spamming ads for money stealing schemes such as membership and subscriptions, ignoring dangerous users and supporting NFT culture. But the new problems truly are the last straw. But don't worry, Ziyo won't be leaving DeviantArt, he'll just put stuff up on the site less frequently and be using other sites such as the almighty Newgrounds to post his art.

And for his request stuff? I've heard he's sworn off requests for anyone but his most inner circle. And for good this time. Requests have been draining his sleep and happiness for months on end and he's gonna make sure never to allow Sonic's fandom to hit on him again.

Man, DeviantArt turning traitor sure did come outta the blue. But it was high time for Ziyo to reach out to other sites as is expected for a growing content creator. Hope karma catches up to you DA!

Whether you prefer a mic or a tank, there's always one thing you gotta love. Street Soul Radio! After spending a little more time trying to chip away at the requests that everyone mindlessly throws at him, Ziyo's finally gonna try out something on Newgrounds! Here's what he's gonna do! First, he's gonna look around the site a bit, next, try and learn some of the ins and outs of the place, then finally try submitting some art on there. You'd be a fool to not dig Ziyo's artstyle, suckas!

In fact, Ziyo himself is in the live lounge to give his thoughts.

"I should have gotten onto Newgrounds sooner, really. Thing is with DeviantArt is that it's becoming more of an uncomfortable place for me. Not because of the requests. Well, partly that, but also because of the... failing state of the site. They're spamming all these ads about Core Membership and subscriptions in a desperate bid to steal your money. It's really scummy stuff and DeviantArt has become quite glitchy in some places and there's even whole galleries being censored for no reason too. So yeah, I'm as nervous as Astro Man about what the future holds for me on Newgrounds, but I feel like that's my only option for going forward."

Ok doom and gloom, thanks for saying stuff. Now, he's not gonna completely leave DeviantArt, keep that in mind everyone out there. He's just gonna be uploading stuff onto NG without the CJ at the beginning as well as DeviantArt. Mostly the stuff that those child catching mods over at DeviantArt would have little temper tantrums over, like gore and action and stuff you'd see in a superhero comic. Who knows? Without those crazy Sonic fandom cultists out for his blood, maybe Newgrounds could prove the home Ziyo's always wanted?
